Who we are

What we collect

Only what you give us: your name, email, phone number, law firm, and what you tell us about your matter. Like most websites, ours also uses standard tools (such as Google Analytics and cookies) that record basic visit information, like the pages you view and your browser type.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, check for conflicts, schedule calls, and work on matters you engage us for. That is all.

What we never do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share your information with anyone for their marketing.
• Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Confidentiality

We treat every inquiry as confidential. Please do not send confidential case details until we have cleared conflicts.

Text messages (SMS terms)

• What you are agreeing to: If you ask us to text you, for example with “Have Bruce Text You” or the checkbox on our contact form, Weiner.Net, LLC will text you about your inquiry and scheduling. No marketing texts.
• How often: Only as needed for your inquiry. Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Stop anytime: Reply STOP to any message and we will stop. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at intake@weiner.net or 646.701.2012.
• Not required: Agreeing to texts is not a condition of engaging us.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Services we use

We schedule calls with Calendly, host this website on Amazon Web Services, and measure site traffic with Google Analytics. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.

Your choices

Email intake@weiner.net to see, correct, or delete the information you have given us. We will keep only what we must keep for an engagement, such as conflict-check records or documents under a legal hold.

Children

This website is meant for lawyers and businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this page, we will update the date at the top.
