Bruce began operating it in 2008 following his spin-out from Novantas, and since 2011 has served as a testifying and consulting expert witness in 25+ matters involving technology, product development, and software engineering — across federal courts, PTAB, state courts, arbitration, and administrative proceedings, for both plaintiff and defense counsel. Nine depositions, and has appeared for trial and hearing testimony. He has also served as an at-the-table technical advisor in commercial and labor negotiations, including mediation before the National Mediation Board.
