Since 1988, building and leading large-scale software systems at United Airlines, American Express, Brierley & Partners, and Booz Allen, I bring direct hands-on perspective to every standard I apply. I hold A-CSPO and CAL 1 credentials from the Scrum Alliance, and active IEEE and ACM membership since 2018.
I do not perform digital forensics or chain-of-custody analysis. My opinions are grounded in software engineering and technology systems standards; where my analysis intersects with quantifiable technical impacts — such as infrastructure costs, per-transaction contract charges, or system capacity — I address those as a technology expert reading technical evidence, not as an independent damages economist.
