With 37 years building and leading large-scale software systems at United Airlines, American Express, Brierley & Partners, and Booz Allen, I bring direct hands-on perspective to every standard I apply. I hold A-CSPO and CAL I credentials from the Scrum Alliance, and active IEEE and ACM membership since 2018. I explicitly exclude digital forensics (chain-of-custody) and economic valuation from my scope.
